Welcome Back: 50% Extra Credits

1. Organiser

The "Welcome Back: 50% Extra Credits" campaign (the "Campaign") is organised by B&C Consulting S.à r.l., Zone Industrielle Rolach, Hall n°2, L-5280 Sandweiler, Luxembourg, RCS Luxembourg B169121, VAT LU 25481811 ("BCC", "we"). These campaign terms apply in addition to our General Terms and Conditions. Where they differ, these campaign terms apply to the Campaign.

2. Invitation only

This promotion is exclusively available to existing BCC customer accounts individually selected and invited by B&C Consulting. Receipt of a forwarded email or access to the public campaign page does not establish eligibility.

3. Existing registered account

The promotion is valid only for the original existing customer account associated with the invitation. Creating a new account does not grant eligibility. The offer cannot be transferred to another account, person or business.

4. Campaign period

The Campaign runs from 20 October 2026 until Saturday 24 October 2026, 23:59 (Luxembourg time). Only purchases paid within this period qualify; the promotion does not apply retroactively to purchases made outside it. Claims must be submitted by Friday 30 October 2026, 23:59.

5. Eligible products

The promotion applies only to eligible WinOLS Reseller Database credits and Tuning File / Fileservice credits purchased in the BCC customer area. Other products, hardware, subscriptions and services do not count towards the minimum purchase and do not generate bonus credits.

6. Minimum purchase

A minimum purchase of €250 excluding VAT in eligible credits is required. Eligible WinOLS and Tuning File credits in the same order count together towards this minimum. Purchases from different orders cannot be combined.

7. Bonus

The promotional bonus equals 50% of the eligible credits purchased in the qualifying transaction, calculated separately per credit type. WinOLS bonus credits remain WinOLS credits and Tuning File bonus credits remain Tuning File credits; the two are never converted into each other. Credits are whole numbers, so the bonus is rounded down to the nearest whole credit. For example: 50 WinOLS credits purchased give 25 bonus WinOLS credits; 25 Tuning File credits purchased give 12 bonus Tuning File credits. Bonus credits do not themselves generate further bonus credits.

8. How to claim

After your purchase, submit the claim form on the campaign page with the email address of your BCC account and the invoice number of the qualifying purchase. Submitting a claim does not by itself establish eligibility or award any credits. We verify the account, the invitation, the invoice and the payment, and add the bonus credits to your account once your claim is approved.

9. Payment

Bonus credits are awarded only after successful payment of a qualifying purchase.

10. Single use, multiple accounts and misuse

The promotion may only be redeemed once by an eligible customer or business during the campaign period, including any associated accounts. It cannot be redeemed repeatedly through multiple purchases. Duplicate, fictitious or additional accounts created or used to obtain multiple bonuses are excluded.

BCC reserves the right to verify eligibility, reject fraudulent or duplicate redemptions and reverse improperly awarded bonus credits, subject to applicable law.

11. Verification

BCC may require reasonable verification of account ownership or business identity in cases of suspected duplicate accounts, fraud or misuse. A shared address, network or device alone is not treated as proof of misuse.

12. Refunds and cancellations

If a qualifying purchase is cancelled or refunded, the associated promotional credits may be reversed, subject to applicable law and taking into account the credits the account has actually used.

13. Other promotions

This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or promotional discounts unless expressly authorised by BCC.

14. No cash alternative

Bonus credits cannot be exchanged for cash. Apart from these campaign terms, bonus credits are subject to the same conditions of use as purchased credits of the same type.

15. Changes

We may only change or end the Campaign early for a valid reason, such as misuse, a technical error or a legal requirement. A change never affects a qualifying purchase made before the change was published.

16. Privacy

To run the Campaign we process the data needed for eligibility checks, campaign administration and your claim: the email address of your account, the company or account name, the invoice number and amount, and any comments you send us. BCC processes this data as controller in line with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy, with access limited to authorised staff. The invitation list is deleted after the Campaign; claim records are kept no longer than necessary to handle claims, reversals and our legal obligations.

17. Applicable law

These campaign terms are governed by Luxembourg law. The jurisdiction clause of our General Terms and Conditions applies.
